The Belgian netter is the comeback queen of the year, and she’s done nothing but dominate the court since her return to the world of tennis in 2009. Clijsters recently cemented her status as a Top 10 player on the women’s circuit after defeating Venus Williams 6-2, 6-1 for the title at the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami, and she won’t be completely satisfied until her name again stands proud at No. 1 on the WTA.Clijsters came steamrolling into 2010 like she’d never left the game of tennis, winning the Brisbane International tournament in Australia in January before experiencing some minor bumps throughout the rest of the winter (see: Indian Wells).
